Account Deletion Request

In-App Request

You may request account deletion from within the Yosou Market app by going to Settings ??Account ??Delete Account and following the on-screen instructions.

Email Request

If you cannot access the app, please send an email to contact@yosou.market with the subject ?ccount Deletion Request?? Please include your registered email address or user ID so we can verify your identity.

What Will Be Deleted

After account deletion, account profile information, user settings, community interactions, and related platform content may be deleted or no longer accessible.

Data Retention

Some information may be retained where required by applicable laws, dispute resolution, security, or fraud prevention purposes.

Processing Time

We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonable period, typically within 14 business days after identity verification is completed.
